Tour Plan:-

Day 01 -Gurgaon-Dehradun-Chakrata

(350Kms/9-10hrs)

• Early Morining departure from Gurgaon.

• Scenic drive through Dehradun hills.

• Arrive in Chakrata, a serene hill station away from tourist crowds

• Stay: Local Homestay in Chakrata

  Tips: Enjoy local cuisine and rest well before the mountain drive ahead.

Day 02 - Chakrata to Kharsali (Winter Seat of Yamnotri) 170Km/7-8 hrs

• Drive through Purola, Barkot and janki Chatii.

• Reach Kharsali, the winter abode of Goddess Yamuna.

• Visit the Kharsali temple, housing the idol of Goddess Yamuna during winter.

• Stay: Guest house and Homestay in Kharsali.

• Evening: Peaceful darshan and exploration of the traditional wooden temple.

Day 03 - Kharsali to Mukhba(Winter Seat of Gangotri) 150Km/6-7 hrs

• Drive to Mukhba, near harsil.

• Visit Mukhba temple where Goddess Ganga resides in winter.

• Time/weather permitting, you may go up to Gangotri (if the route is accessible) for darshan at the main shrine(optional)

• Stay: Homestay near Mukhba and Harsil

• Tip: Harsil valley is beautiful in autamn and winter- perfect for photography.

Day 04 - Mukhba to ukhimath(Winter seat of Kedarnath)- Omkareshwar Temple (270Kms/9-10 hrs)

• Long but scenic drive through Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag

• Reach Ukhimath, the winter seat of Lord Kedharnath.

• Evening darshan at Omkareshwar Temple, where the idol of Kedarnath is worshipped in winter.

• Stay: Homestay/Guest House in Ukhimath.

Day 05 - Ukhimath to Joshimath (Winter seat of Badrinath) (190kms/6-7hrs)

• After the morning darshan at Omkareshwar, depart for Joshimath.

• Reach Joshimath, where Lord Badri is worshipped at the Narsingh Temple during winter.

• Evening visit to Narsingh Temple and local market.

• Stay: Hotel and Lodge in Joshimath.

Day 06- Joshimath to Rishikesh (250Kms/9-10hrs) Joshimath-Karanprayag-Srinagar-Rishikesh

• Beautiful Drive along Alaknanda River.

• Evening in Rishikesh - attend Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat if time permits.

• Night Stay in Rishikesh.

Day 07 - Rishikesh to Gurgaon (275 Kms/ 6-7 hrs)

• Start early for Gurgaon.

• Option to stop Haridwar or Roorkee for food/Snacks.

• End of fulfilling spiritual journey!
